Please describe the problem:
When trying to print double sided, all pages are printed, odd and even (I have tried this with pdfs)

Steps to reproduce:
1. open a pdf
2. in page configuration select odd or even
3. print. It will print all the pages


Actual results:
See up

Expected results:
print only odd or even

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
using ubuntu edgy on amd64

Will this fix be backported to the stable 0.6 series?
