Description nicola 2006-10-24 10:05:13 UTC
When i print some pdf file evince (and also kpdf) print it in the wrong direction (and so it doesn't print all the doc).
Adobe Acrobat does not have this problem but i can reproduce evince behaviour in Acrobat Reader selecting print option "choose paper source by pdf page size".
How can adjust it? A similar option would be a good thing.

I really don't understand the problem you described here. Please elaborate, since we investigate this any further without further information...

I am not sure this is the exact same bug but it looks similar.

I try to print this PDF file with Evince: http://topfunky.com/clients/peepcode/REST-cheatsheet.pdf

But only the upper left part of the document is printed, as you can see on this photo: http://img167.imageshack.us/img167/8459/1001008zp2.jpg

I tried the "Ouput to a file" method and this one works. This produces an output.ps file that looks exactly like the original PDF file.

I use Evince 0.6.1 on Ubuntu 6.10.

Based on this comment I'd say that it's fixed now in cvs head. I can't reproduce it indeed. Anyone with evince from cvs could confirm it is already fixed? Wouter?

Thanks for the help.
Comment 6 Carlos Garcia Campos 2006-12-11 15:19:39 UTC
This should be fixed in cvs head. Feel free to reopen it if the problem presists for you.
