Display the column headers as gtk headers. They look ugly when drawn as buttons with some themes. This would lead to a more consistent UI.

this is fixed in evolution-2.10 afaics

Nope, this is still there in Evolution 3.0. It "almost" looks like treeview headers, but if you look closely they still seem to be button widgets. 

Is there something blocking this issue (other than manpower)? Could be a gnome-love bug.
