Please describe the problem:
If the main window of an application is covered by other windows and the app pop ups a dialog, the dialog will appear in front of all windows - but the main window will stay in the background.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results:


Expected results:
The dialog should be in fornt of the main window, but on the same level as the main window.

a small python script

run the script, cover the main window with another window and wait two seconds until the dialog pops up in the front.
