Network/Channels... menu entry should be disabled when not connected to any network

xchat-gnome-0.13-4.fc6 Network/Connect... menu entry should be disabled when not connected to any network 1. Start xchat-gnome, cancel the startup "Connect" dialogue (by pressing Close) 2. No networks are connected 3. The Network/Channels... menu entry is available and does nothing, as we're not connected to any network. It should be disabled when not connected to any network
