I do not like the "Thanks in advance!" on the incomplete as discussed on irc..

<bkor> looks good except for the
<bkor> Thanks in advance!
<bkor> on closing as incomplete
<bkor> sounds a bit sarcastic to me
<thos> yeah, I never like that phraase
<andre-afk> oh?
<andre-afk> okay... seems like i have a different impression of that phrase.
<bkor> "Thanks in advance"?.. doesn't bother me .. but it does if you use it every time.. the reporter doesn't respond.. and still you use thanks in advance while you know he likely will not do anything
<andre-afk> so can i commit, if i change that "tia" back to "thanks"? :-)
<bkor> yes, only needed for the incomplete
<andre-afk> k

reverted the incomplete-"Thanks in advance" issue and committed the patch:
http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/bugzilla-newer/template/en/default/bug/edit.html.tmpl?r1=1.69&r2=1.70

closing as fixed, thanks
