Description Søren Boll Overgaard 2006-10-01 20:35:32 UTC
Hello,

A Debian user reported the following at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=390488

----8<----
The last couple of versions of pan like to freeze up at random
intervals. Sometimes attaching to the frozen process with gdb and
entering the 'continue' command wakes pan up, but not always.
----8<----

A backtrace from gdb is available at the URL mentioned above. I am afraid that I don't know enough about glib to be able to tell if this is a pan or a glib problem.

I don't see anything wrong with this backtrace, it looks like Pan
is just sitting idly waiting for the user to do something.

The downstream bug report says the user is going to recompile Pan
with debugging symbols and try to get a better backtrace, so I'm
going to mark this as NEEDINFO.
