libgnome's GTK-Doc generated documentation is hard to navigate because the table of contents only displays the major sections and does not provide an index.

I took the liberty of making libgnome's table of contents look more like GTK's table of contents [1] by adding links for each module and also adding various indices for all symbols, deprecated symbols, and symbols added to each stable release.

I also created a "Deprecated Modules" section and moved links to deprecated modules there.
