Please describe the problem:
When in a terminal window  a verbose process is running
and We are working in another application (not focusing the terminal).
Orca should not read the output information from the terminal window.



Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a terminal window (gnome-terminal)
2. Start a verbose process (E.G. compiling the kernel).
3. Leave the terminal window and give focus to another app.



Actual results:
The output from terminal is spoken even if the terminal is not focused.



Expected results:
While we are working in another application this output shouldn't be spoken. 
Or perhaps to have the choice of speaking or not speaking it.


Does this happen every time?

This is probably going to end up being a duplicate of bug #348693,
with the way that we are going to fix that one.
