There seem to be occasions where playbin doesn't throw an error if a demuxer is avilable, but no decoder(s). When trying to reproduce, note different cases: (a) foo.so removed, but still in registry, (b) foo.so removed and not in registry.

See bug #351623 for example (but there were also others).

I believe this was actually caused by totem dropping/ignoring errors. Should have been fixed a while ago in totem. Closing until I run into this again.
