If you right-click a key, one of the menuitems is "Unset Key...".  The ellipsis leads one to believe that it will ask for further input, but it does not.

(GNOME HIG: "Label the menu item with a trailing ellipsis ("...") only if the command requires further input from the user before it can be performed.")

It should be called simply "Unset Key".
