Description Christian Persch 2006-09-09 14:34:56 UTC
While connecting to a server, the mouse cursor turns into an I-beam cursor over the main menu, and clicking doesn't open the menus.
Comment 1 David Trowbridge 2006-12-10 10:59:41 UTC
Is this something you can reproduce? I've never seen this behavior
Comment 2 Christian Persch 2006-12-10 14:36:08 UTC
Yes, I can reproduce this 100%.

Note that activating the menu with Alt-<accel> works, just not with the mouse.
Comment 3 André Klapper 2019-02-23 02:50:29 UTC
xchat-gnome is not under active development anymore.
Its codebase has been archived:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/xchat-gnome/commits/master

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather reactivate the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is deprecated) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
You may want to switch to Hexchat (or another IRC client that suits you).
