Please describe the problem:
The mini-calendar was moved to the lower left hand corner of the Calendar View in 2.8.  When you resize that area and exit Evolution, your customizations are all lost and you have to re-open it each and every time.

Settings need to 'stick'

yepp, i also still see this and mentioned this a few weeks ago to srini and chen.

this will become a major support question.

I have already answered a support question in #evolution channel. AFAIK srini was working on it. I will have a poke at it during next week.
