Description Scott Anderson 2006-08-28 17:30:35 UTC
Please describe the problem:
If I right-click in the report window, the Rename page option is displayed. If I change the name using this approach, the 'Add Report' button does not become active.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Right click in report window
2. Rename page
3. "Add Report" stays grayed out

Actual results:
"Add Report" stays grayed out.

Expected results:
"Add Report" should become active.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Right. The "rename page" only changes the name of the tab, but doesn't change the option entitled "Report title". That one is changed only by Options -> General -> Report title. I guess this duplication of option should be removed, but that would require to implement that as a new feature.

triage: given that in 2016 rename page isn't doing much different should this be Status:NEW ? I don't think Christian meant this to be outstanding a decade later so much as describing the situation.
