Please describe the problem:
When adding a dictionary source, advanced settings do not appear, so a databse source and a stategy cannot be selected for dict.org or any provided source. Also, existing sources cannot be edited.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open gone-dictionary preferences
2. Add source
3. Select Advanced Settings

Actual results:
No database or stategies are offered

Expected results:
To be able to select a database for another language or something and a strategy for selection

Does this happen every time?
yes
