[pan 0.107] french translation updated (based on french speaking user feedback)

Please describe the problem: It is the followup of bug 350063, based on feedback I had from some french speaking testers. Also, spellcheck, a forgotten line translated, and some grammatical fixes, and some displays standards more respected in french version (only capitals on the first letter), like in translated gnome applications or like in OpenOffice.org :) Ready to land for next version. Created attachment 70774 [details] [review] Diff against the current fr.po I've corrected some errors here and there (at most=>au plus, some missing s/e). I've also changed some reports Pan performs: I don't like a computer software saying "I'm" or any sentence shaped as if it were a person. Therefore I used passive voice. I've attached a diff rather than the .po file despite it is bigger to help check changes.
Ok. Thanks for the changes. I have to change some "'faux-amis". I will update a up-to-date .po file, using this diff.
New version is ready to be added. Several notes on you patch and on the fr.po in general : 1) Thanks for it. I am /ashamed/ for spellchecking and grammar mistakes :( 2) Changed a bad translation : regular expression = expression rationnelle (!!), not expressions régulières. 3) Modified local time display, in order to match french display ;) 4) Ok for smiley translation. I was using the french-"quebec" word ;) 5) I added you as a french translator in headers credit in the fr.po file. Hope you don't mind ;) 6) Some translations I did not use from your reading and why (I took all the others, as you can see) : * For pan/data-impl/groups.cc:92 As it is written as action, the translation must show an action too. * For pan/tasks/task-groups.cc:40 : it is a verb, not a noun ;) To get = "obtenir", pas "récupérer" which is to fetch. If you think "récupérer" is better there, I won't mind to use it. Anyway, thanks for your help, for the piece I don't see. I really need another eyes to look at fr.po file ;) Adding file ASAP.
