Description Vassilis Pandis 2006-08-08 21:09:01 UTC
Hello. An Ubuntu user reported the following at http://launchpad.net/bugs/16932:

I accidentally chose the wrong profile and it took like 30 seconds for it to
stop trying to change profile (I'm guessing it was waiting for DHCP to timeout
or something <shrug>). I would have liked the ability to click a Cancel button
or something to tell it to give up immediately.

According to its developer(s), gnome-system-tools is not under active development anymore. Functionality has been mostly integrated into GNOME Control Center / "[System] Settings".

It is unlikely that there will be any further active development.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping - Please feel
free to reopen this bug report in the future if anyone takes the responsibility
for active development again.
