I'm not able to take a screenshot of a single window using gnome-screenshot. In the terminal I get

---------------------------------------------------
france@laptest:~$ gnome-screenshot --window

** (gnome-panel-screenshot:736): WARNING **: Couldn't find window manager window
---------------------------------------------------

and then a picture of the entire screen is taken.

This is on an updated edgy; gnome-utils version: 2.15.91-0ubuntu1

confirmed, though there hasn't been any changes in gnome-screenshot between 2.15.90 and 2.15.91 (aside from compilation fixes).
Comment 2 Emmanuele Bassi (:ebassi) 2006-08-08 15:49:32 UTC
indeed, it was one of the compiler fixes of bug #318095.

fixed in HEAD, will roll 2.15.92 ASAP.
