GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 349361
EOG "Counter-Clockwise" should be "Anti-Clockwise" in en_GB
Last modified: 2006-08-05 02:49:35 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #348539 +++ Incorrect translation Application: EOG Incorrect text: In the Image menu, and in the icon toolbar, the translation says "Rotate Counter Clockwise" Should be: Rotate Anti-Clockwise
EOG actually uses: msgid "Rotate Counter C_lockwise" instead of the correct: msgid "Rotate Counterc_lockwise" Counterclockwise is one word: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/define.asp?key=14283&dict=CALD
Hey Bastien, I didn't understand very well. What are suggesting? Counterclockwise or Anti-Clockwise?
(In reply to comment #1) > EOG actually uses: > msgid "Rotate Counter C_lockwise" > instead of the correct: > msgid "Rotate Counterc_lockwise" It should say "Rotate Counterc_lockwise" (one word, not 2 words) Anti-clockwise will be the en_GB translation.
2006-08-04 Lucas Rocha <lucasr@gnome.org> * shell/eog-window.c: fix string "Counter Clockwise" with "Counterclockwise" (Fixes bug #349361).
