It would be very useful if the path and filename could be (optionally) printed at the top of the image when printing.

Currently, comments can be printed, but those have to be manually entered. Automatic printing of the path and filename would be great, especially when printing multiple images.

This would have been easier if mutliline comments work...they don't
(I'm going to put this into bugzilla).

I modified the patch slightly, to change the gui string "Include path and filename" to "Include folder and file name", since "Folder" is used preferentially over "Path" in other parts of the gui.

patch applied to CVS (with some changes)
printing multiline comments works now (fixed in both HEAD and gthumb-2-8)
