Please describe the problem:
The icon naming standard spec define the named icon "document-page-setup". This icon is used for the page setup action of a document editor.

This icon is needed to port Epiphany to new standard names for icons

I don't see the need for this icon, I would remove "Print Setup.." from the menus and integrate the information into the "Print..." dialog

Well what I said is true for at least ephy. GEdit is another question, but the usage is quite different. Ephy has "print setup" wheras gedit has "page setup". The document-page-setup icon seems to be more of the gedit kind?

The icon is meant for page setup in document editors such as abiword or openoffice, where you define the margins and such.
