Steps to reproduce:
1. 'make fetch' from bootstrap/pwlib
2. 
3. 


Stack trace:
Failed to download 'pwlib-1.10.0.tar.gz'
The downloaded file is missing from master site.
Real file is 'pwlib-1.10.1.tar.gz'and there are no diff files.

This is now broken again... It had been fixed previously:

Fixed in CVS (both HEAD and gnome-2-14 branch) again.
