Click on Edit - > Plugins -> Enable Exchange Operations.

Restart evolution.

Exchange operations gets disabled. 


Some options like Subscribe to other user's folders are not available , since it gets unchecked on restart .

Gnome evolution-data-server 1.7.4
Gnome evolution-2.8 2.7.4

Check which library is not loading and report the problem there.
