Description Behdad Esfahbod 2006-07-07 15:17:36 UTC
I have a laptop screen with 1400x1050, and on this, the keyboard layout preview is unreadably small, creeping four symbols per key in a tiny square... It's even more unreadable for the Persian layout, and guess what, it's hardly filling any noticable area of my screen.

There was a bug already filed about the feature. The solution we have now (2/15) enables saving the window position/coordinates and restoring them. If you resize the window and make it larger - is it restored on next "Preview?
Comment 3 Behdad Esfahbod 2006-07-11 01:27:48 UTC
It's not restored, no, but I'm running 2.14.

That fixes the problem, given the initial setup goes for a larger window. I didn't even notice that I can resize the window.

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all old bug reports in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.

If you can still reproduce this issue in a currently supported version of GNOME (currently that would be 3.38), then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-applets/-/issues/

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
