Description Gilles Dartiguelongue 2006-07-03 02:56:38 UTC
Using a laptop with hibernate/suspend capabilities.

When switching to another location where I need to activate a proxy, I just have to select it in the network settings dialog then applications like epiphany and evolution are able to continue working as usual but gossip cannot. I guess this is because it doesn't read proxy settings prior to establishing a new connection.

Note: This is also true for gaim but it is not a gnome project :).

This was fixed a while back, except for the case where you disable the proxy, then it would still use the old values. Fixed that case in CVS, thanks.
