1. Load up NM and its applet
2. Connect to a particular network
3. Click on the same network in the menu
4. It will show a notification popup saying that we disconnected from the network (which is something we already know about, as the change was user-triggered)

Notification bubbles should never be shown for user-triggered actions.

Very annoying, also happens on connect not only on disconnect using a wired connection.

This can now be disabled with a button the bubble.
