The logo shown in the About dialog features the GIMP 2.2 version and even if it didn't, we should have a new About logo for GIMP 2.4.  The image file is taken from data/images/gimp-logo.png.  For the new About dialog,  I suggest that a slightly smaller logo than the current one is being designed.

Unless someone comes up with a better graphics soon, we will probably use the new Wilber logo that Jimmac has drawn. It would look nice in the About dialog at 128x128 pixels.

GNOME apps seem to be using the application icon in the About dialog and think this is a good idea. So I suggest that we use the Wilber icon as in http://jimmac.musichall.cz/stuff/gimp.png.

	(bug #343948).

	* data/images/gimp2_2_logo.png: the old logo, as a reference.

	* app/dialogs/about-dialog.c: let GtkAboutDialog deal with the logo.
	Moved the text animation below the copyright notice and draw it on
	the window background.

Please use Milestone + Priority==Urgent instead of Severity==Blocker.
