"Under the panel's System menu:
The tooltip for the "Log Out <user>..." entry reads "Log out <user> of this session...".
This tooltip should be changed to read:
"Log <user> out of this session...".

Yep, regressed again (same problem happened before -- see bug 134828).

We've remove "user" from there, since it was not good for l10n.
