As discussed on gnucash-devel, the "QSF Import" feature seems too unfinished to have it active in the 2.0.0 release. It is therefore deactivated in SVN r14147, but it should be activated again once we start a new "developer" svn branch after the 2.0.x stable release. 

What needs to be done: Revert SVN r14147.

Also, "QSF Export" has been deactivated as well.
