I published 2.15.2.1 with po files (i count 49 in there so i guess it worked now..)

So, uh, it turns out that 2.15.2 did have all the translations, I just didn't notice that it existed and was using 2.15.1 because the 2.15.2 release was late.  My bad, I should have checked for such releases.  Sorry about that.  Anyway, thanks for responding quickly.  :)
