Please describe the problem:

Second paragraph reads as follows:
Please select a date format for the file.  QIF files created by European
software are likely  to be in \"d-m-y\" or day-month-year format, where US QIF
files are likely to be \"m-d-y\" or month-year-day.

It seems "m-d-y" is right, so "month-year-day" should be changed to "month-day-year"

Added to http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/String_Freeze, which is where the list of strings to fix is stored.

Marking "fixed" because we don't need a bug for this.
