Open an existing meeting / appointment. Modify date, creates a new meeting in
modified date , which is expected. but does not delete old copy of
meeting/appointment.
This bug is exchange specific bug

The appointment is moved to the right date properly. The view is not refreshed
properly. The old appointment is removed from the old date by pressing clear or
restarting evolution.
