So when you want bug buddy to automatically send the report using sendmail, bug
buddy asks you to give the path to sendmail. Now, I managed to figure out that
sendmail was not installed by default on Ubuntu Dapper, so I installed it from
the repositories and managed to find the path to it, /usr/sbin/sendmail (even
though locate couldn't find it for me, and I was searching in /usr/bin instead
of /usr/sbin). But will Linux newbies also be able to do that, finding the path
of sendmail? I think not, and because bug buddy is exactly aimed at those who
are not so technically skilled or don't want to visit a Bugzilla website, I
think it would be a good idea to let bug buddy do some automatic searching for
sendmail so that it will not be necessary to ask the user.

By the way, slightly off topic question: after I gave the path to sendmail, bug buddy said it had succesfully sent the bug report, but when I search Bugzilla now I can't find the bug report against F-Spot which bug buddy sent for me? Don't the bug reports bug buddy sends appear in Bugzilla?

did you query for UNCONFIRMED bugs too? bb reports are uncormirmed when imported.

It doesn't need sendmail anymore as of 2.15.0
