Description of Problem:
Composing a new mail, you cannot drag a picture file (jpeg, jpg, png,
ect) into the attachment bar. You can drag various other file type as
attachment OK.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click new mail
2. expand attachment bar
3. open file browser and drag picture file into attachment bar.
4. This action will result in NO file being attached to mail, you can add them via add attachment browser but not drag and drop.

Actual Results:
You cannot drag a picture file (jpg,png,ect..) into the attachment bar.

Expected Results:
Older version you can drag picture files into attachment bar.

How often does this happen?
everytime

I can confirm this bug, it fails if you use the html format.

If you compose a plain text email it works."

I checked in Evolution 2.21.1 and i can drag attachments successfully.

akhil, if your Needinfo state means "please test this again with 2.21", you may ask so. i guess it's implicit here (and since the reporter is a developer it's clear), but in general, please don't set to NEEDINFO without *asking* for more info. thanks :)
