9.2. Events and related need update/rewrite to accommodate for the changed API in 0.10. Particularly the all-singing, all-dancing gst_event_new_seek().

I think in 0.10 apps should usually not use gst_event_new_seek() at all, but do gst_element_seek() on the top-level pipeline instead.

Noted. 11.2. "Events: seeking (and more)" could use some clarification love, even though it correctly uses gst_element_seek().
