During a b.g.o outage last August, bug-buddy was noted to hang.  It wasn't possible to report the bug at the time (for obvious reasons), after which it fell through the cracks for a while.  I'm unable to reproduce the problem using trivial /etc/hosts hackery, but here's a stack trace from the hang, FWIW.
