Please describe the problem:
gnome-vfs has native support for avahi in 2.14, so the howl dependency should be
changed to an avahi dependency in the 2.14 and 2.16 modulesets.

I'd love to add avahi to the build, however its configure script is quite hostile (see bug 322260).

I've updated the avahi autogenargs to disable a bunch of stuff, which should make it build okay on most systems.

In the gnome-2.16 module set, gnome-vfs now depends on howl instead of avahi.
