Please describe the problem:
In moduleset gnome-2.16, gnome-user-docs should depend upon gnome-doc-utils.

Steps to reproduce:


Actual results:
./autogen.sh: gnome-doc-prepare: not found
***Error***: You must have gnome-doc-utils >= 0.4.2 installed
  to build gnome-user-docs.  Download the appropriate package for
  from your distribution or get the source tarball at
    http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnome-doc-utils/

Fixed in CVS now (both gnome-2.14 and gnome-2.16 modulesets).
