When running Ekiga unconfigured and when it fails to start the listener, a modal
dialog pops the under the wizard's first page. The latter appears to be frozen,
and one has to discover the error dialog hidden underneath.

Either make sure error dialogs are topmost, either make sure the wizard only run
after all error conditions have been checked.
