Please describe the problem:
In the NTP server list, salmon.maths.tcd.ie is not an NTP server, and hasn't
been for quite a while.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up time-admin
2. Select a set of nameservers to synchronise with


Actual results:
The list will include salmon.maths.tcd.ie

Expected results:
The list should include ntp.maths.tcd.ie

Does this happen every time?
Yes
