I added to combo boxes to the sample seek program that let you select the format
(previously: just GST_FORMAT_TIME) and the element to seek on. Makes spotting
problems in the seeking code and queries for duration/position much easier (i.e.
#336824).

Too late. I no longer want to spend time on that. Sorry. There are quite a few other patches (still open) that I submitted a long time ago that are much more interesting to work on.
