Please describe the problem:
The permission in both file list and Properties -> (tab)Permisions showes
incorrect numbers in Number view mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Do "chmod 744" in terminal on some file.
2. Mark this file in gcmd and rightklick - Properties - (tab)Permission, or
change gcmd to Number view in the Properties - Format tab.
3. In the list column or Number view at bottom of  properties tab it now showes
711 insted of 744.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
As i remember, this bug has ben around since many versions back.
