Please describe the problem:
Accelerate key can not function

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Evolution and compose a new message.
2. Press Alt+T to open the "Select Contacts Address Book" dialog.
3. Press Alt+A to move focus onto "Category" combobox.
4. Add contacts to "To", "Cc" and "Bcc" list, then press Atl+T, Alt+C and Alt+B
to try to move focus to To, Cc and Bcc list table.


Actual results:
These accelerate keys don't function at all.

Expected results:
Accelerate key listed in step3 and step4 could function correctly.

Does this happen every time?
