Description Jean-François Fortin Tam 2006-03-17 21:24:38 UTC
Please describe the problem:
incremental find (search as you type) does not open the selected file or folder
when enter is pressed

Steps to reproduce:
1. visit a folder in list view
2. type some letters to select one of the files or folders
3. press enter

Actual results:
the incremental search box disappears, and the file/folder is selected

Expected results:
the same thing, plus, open the file/folder

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
This is the default behavior of the icon view in nautilus, it just doesn't open
the file when using the list view.

Hello, any chance for this to be fixed for 2.16? I have tried with Nautilus 2.15.91 today, and it's still there.

Handle row activated on treeview

When you press enter on search dialog the treeview closes it and triggers row_activated signal that we wasn't handle.
