it might be better to change this to something more permanent, to avoid updating all files just because the FSF moved again. others have also done this, e.g.:
  http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/projects/other/cvs-33/cvs/COPYING

maybe something like this would be appropriate:

 * You should have received a copy of the GNU Lesser General Public
 * License along with this library; if not, write to the Free
 * Software Foundation, Inc., or visit: http://www.gnu.org/.

alternatively, the FSF could get a more permanent address, like a PO box...

The FSF address has been removed from most of our license headers, and the remaining ones refe to Franklin street
