Gconf value is set twice for:
/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/https/needs_terminal
/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/unknown/needs_terminal
/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/about/needs_terminal
both in gnome-da-capplet.c:web_gconf_changed_cb() and gnome-da-capplet.c:terminal_checkbutton_toggled_cb().

Sure, no problem waiting, the bug shouldn't produce any strange effect. I will commit the patch to HEAD after branching (and to 2.14-branch after code freeze).
