GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 332536
Trashapplet shows wrongly wrapped message [cosmetic]
Last modified: 2008-04-26 12:09:12 UTC
That bug has been described on https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/trashapplet/+bug/32737 "Estimated developers, On a spanish dist-upgraded dapper, the warning message that appears when emptying the trash has a long bold title, but the short descriptive info is wrapped at about half line. Will try to attach screenshot. Sorry if this is too minor, and thanks for your efforts. http://librarian.launchpad.net/1585371/Advertencia.png Here you can see how the descriptive info wraps at half line on the empty trash warning."
The string mentioned is in nautilus po. Seems a problem related to GUI. Maybe gtk cointainer size of the label
Should the bug be reassigned to nautilus then? Where do we go from here?
Although this bug is marked as resolved, I'm sorry to inform that the text wrapping is still present in Gnome 2.22 as seen in Ubuntu Hardy. If more info is needed, I'll gladly provide what I can.
Yes, I see the bug is still present, but it is not an issue of the Spanish translation team.
