In the english delete-confirmation dialog the filename starts in a new line
which makes it easy to read. This could be by accident but its good.

Due to the german grammar the filename is surrounded by the question text and
the text wraps inside the filename, even for short ones. This is hard to read -
and its to much text for this simple question.

There are some suggestions on how a better alternative could look like:

I changed the string to

"Soll das folgende Objekt dauerhaft gelöscht werden?\n"
"»%s«"

which seems fine for me for both short and long file names.
