Please describe the problem:
I install a development gnome desktop on the side of a system gnome desktop
using jbhuild.
cups libs search path appearing before dev libs search path on the libtool
command line makes libs to be linked against system libs and not dev libs.

Reorder the libs search paths on the libtool(link mode) command line in order to give priority to dev libs.
