I have a 64 pixel panel.  The netstatus icon is tiny, it appears to be
appropriate for something like a 24 pixel panel.

It would be much better if the icon scaled to the panel size.

Other information:
This is a recent regression; in the past, the icon scaled nicely.

gnome-netstatus development has been stalled [1]. Maintainers don't have
future development plan so i am closing the bugs as WONTFIX.
